Equine Planning Solutions are a professional team of chartered architects, planning consultants and surveyors based in Lancashire. We specialize in designing and obtaining planning approval for equine related projects throughout the UK.

We work for a wide range of clients from private individuals who require modest scale outdoor arenas and stable facilities to commercial racing yards and some of the UK’s largest racecourses.

Our multi-discipline approach means that we can offer our clients a cost effective and convenient ‘one stop shop’ when it comes to designing and ultimately realizing their projects.

Equine Planning Solutions are based in Preston, Lancashire with our main office located at number 24 Winckley Square in the legal and professional quarter of Preston City Centre. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

Whilst we are based in the North West our work is UK wide with many projects based in the areas of Newmarket, Epsom and Lambourn.

In advance of visiting most sites we undertake a free planning constraints health check following which we are able to advise on the likelihood of achieving planning permission for your proposals.
