• Equine Planning Solutions was established in 2013 by architect Richard McGonigal. The practice is registered with the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Architects Registration Board, it is one of the only architectural practices in the UK that specialise solely in the design and planning of equestrian facilities.

• We are based in the Northwest of England but our work covers the whole of the UK. No matter how small the project we can offer a competitive quotation for your planning application.

• Whilst we are often recommended by equestrian companies and contractors our practice remains entirely independent. Our focus is on preparing schemes that are tailormade to our clients requirements and that will stand a realistic chance of obtaining planning approval.

• Our planning assessments are site specific and completely free of charge. The golden rule, don’t be tempted to hand over your money without first knowing whether or not you need planning approval as arena and stable contractors rarely do returns!
